Due to recent state legislation, customers with destination addresses in Arkansas, Indiana and Utah are prohibited from online purchases of electronic cigarette and vapor products. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How Shipping Works
Midwest Vapor offers a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.
With each of those carriers are a number of shipping options including flat rate and expedited services, for instance:
- UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air (next business day), UPS Second Day Air, UPS Three-Day Select
- FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight (next business day), FedEx 2nd Day
- USPS Priority 1-Day (next business day), USPS Priority Mail, USPS First-Class Parcel, USPS Standard
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment.
Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the processing time to the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
We do our best to get you your shipment in a timely manner by packing and shipping orders daily, Monday - Friday. Please do allow 2-3 days for processing your order. Once we have done our part and put your order in the hands of whichever carrier you have selected, it is up to them to deliver your order to you. If your order is misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged once it has been received by the carrier, Midwest Vapor is not responsible for replacing the order with product and/or monetary value. There are several factors that go into estimated delivery dates for the all shipping options. Please inquire with the carrier you have selected to familiarize yourself with their guarantees and policies. Lastly, please note: Midwest Vapor will not contact carriers should there be a shipping delay or satisfaction issue, this is the buyers responsibility.
Domestic (United States) Orders
United States orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the Virgin Islands are not eligible for flat-rate shipping or any promotional based free shipping which Midwest Vapor may offer. Nor are any international orders outside the Continental United States.
There is a $5.00 handling fee for all international orders or orders outside the United States, no matter the carrier chosen.
There are some countries which restrict the importation of electronic cigarette products, including but not limited to: Brazil, Canada, Panama, Singapore and Lebanon. Midwest Vapor abides by the laws of the countries where we physically operate.
We will ship orders anywhere (excluding US embargoed countries or countries which the United States has sanctions against), but failure to familiarize yourself with your own country’s import laws may result in delays of your order. These types of delays are beyond our control.

You can choose a quicker shipping option (Priority, Next Day, Overnight, etc.) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping.
To check the status of your order, log in to your Midwest Vapor account, or track the package directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number we sent you at the time the shipment was made.
